Hi everybody this is Danny and Theresa Zaino from Martial Arts Entertainment Media, 
 
Throughout our Martial Arts careers we have attended over 100 Seminars learning from renowned Grandmasters & Celebrities from around the world. Without the knowledge learned at these events we would have never had our World Ranked Martial Arts Team, Team Americas "World Martial Arts Show Team" (formerly National Team Pepsi).
 
The late Grandmaster Richie Alford once asked us "Why do you attend so many seminars?" "Why don't you just rent a tape or read a book?" But the fact is there is nothing like meeting the actual Martial Artist in person, working out with them and learning some of their martial arts secrets. Usually what they teach in the first hour are their favorite techniques. When Martial Artists get older the only thing they want to do is share their knowledge with everyone.
 
This up coming Seminar on Sunday, July 17, 2011 will be History in the making. Grandmaster Herbie Thompson has always been one of our mentors. In previous years we have watched him compete in tournament competitions where he would dominate the match devastating his opponent in the ring. We personally have never had the opportunity to attend one of his seminars so we are extremely excited to be able to have this chance of a lifetime to learn from this true Legend in the Martial Arts.
 
In the past we have been fortunate to have worked out with Professor Jerry Denosn who is a true student of the late Grandmaster Moses Powells. His Jujitsu is phenomenal to say the least and watching him compete over the years using the famous Moses Powells roll in competition to score a point was like nothing we had ever seen before.
 
On a final note I, Danny Zaino would like to mention that it is a great honor for me to teach along side these Renowned Masters in the Martial Arts and to be able to teach the Tonfa which has always been my weapon of choice. The reason I got so involved with the Tonfa is because of my Military Police and Florida Police background when I was in my twenties. I was completely fascinated with the Tonfa and in 1997 designed my own version and system for competition and self defense the "Pure Warrior" Sports Tonfa teaching my wife Theresa, 3 children and many students.  In this seminar I will be showing everyone a World Rated form with the assistance of my son Tony Zaino who is a 9 time Florida State Weapons Champion with the Tonfa.

   any other Black Belt in Florida's Martial Arts History!
 
* The First African American man to win a Grand Championship in
   Florida - 1971.
 
* The Fighting Coach of the winningest Black Belt Team in Florida

* Founded the F.B.B.A. in 1975 along with Harvey Hasting.
 
* Competed in Four decades - 60's, 70's, 80's, and 90's.
 
* Winner of 63 straight Kumite matches without a loss. The longest
   winning streak in Florida's history.
 
* Founded the Florida Sport Karate Association in 1994.
 
* Voted into the World Martial Arts Hall of Fame for Life Time
   Achievements Awards of Honor in 1994 - Jacksonville, Florida.
 
* Tournament Promoter in and out of Florida since 1969. Has
   promoted over 118 Karate Tournaments and Shia's for the past
   26 years.
